I just got back this week from the first Cupping Caravan to Ethiopia's Sidama and Yirgacheffe regions. I went with an elite group of coffee roasters, cuppers, trainers, buyers from Greece, Holland, Germany, Taiwan, Canada, and the USA, from whom I learned a great deal. My constant tinkering nature paid off as I was able to help quite a bit with the technical aspects of keeping a mobile cupping lab complete with roasters and grinders run off of our 4WD VW vans humming along.
